Request an Appointment

Begin by submitting your consultation request. We’ll send you an assessment questionnaire via text or email, followed by your scheduled same-day call time. You can also choose a time that suits you best. 

Online Meeting

Attend the Consultation

You’ll receive a secure video consultation link via text or email, using Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp. Please have a valid ID ready—such as a driver’s license, passport, company, or school ID.

Get your medications

Within minutes of your consultation, you’ll receive a fully regulated electronic prescription via email. It’s accepted at all registered pharmacies across the UK. For added convenience, we can forward it to your chosen pharmacy or arrange courier delivery (fees may apply).
